What a great experience!! Hadn't been to the dentist in 12 years. Had a problem with my tooth over the holiday weekend and they got me in as soon as they could! I was in and out of the office with a fixed tooth in under an hour and a half. judgment, free zone. Scheduled my next app to go back and start taking care of my teeth again. The staff are very helpful and considerate and check in with you through out the process. Such a pleasant experience! Never thought I'd be anxiety free going to the dentist. The lovely lady Lola, at the front desk is the best. From my previous walk-in to schedule my appointment, and the appointment itself, she was very helpful making sure my insure was accepted, and after the appointment she took extra time to go through my policy with me, to show what co-payments to expect for the upcoming work to be done. The hygienist was polite, and nice to talk with. Dentist was knowledgeable and put together a priority list for work to be done, but didn't get to chat with him much.

There were many and not once did anyone get annoyed with me. Dr. Wagner is an amazing dentist who caters to patient needs and is willing to work with you. All of his dental assistance are nice and sincerely care about the patients. One of my favorite things about going to the dentist is when you walk in through the door being welcomed by Lola who works at the front desk she is an amazing human and genuinely cares about each patient who comes in. I have been going to this dentist since I was 10 years old and am now a sophomore in college. Prior to coming to Dr. Wagner‘s office I was terrified of the dentist and had only had bad experiences that did cause real trauma. After my first time visiting Dr. Wagner’s Office I was met with kindness and an understanding of my fears and a willingness to work with me and to make me feel comfortable and safe. Since then I have learned to overcome my fear the dentist and truly attribute that to the wonderful team working at Dr. Wagner’s office.

I moved to Tacoma so I transferred my care here. Everyone who works here is really friendly. It isn’t a giant office with turnover so they remember you too. And even being a small office they have much more up to date technologies than I have seen at any other dentist. Dr. Wagner made my crown in-house so I didn’t have to have a bunch of appointments and it was super convenient.

Dr. Wagner and his staff are friendly and professional. They have gone out of there way to take care of my dental emergency during the covid epidemic. My dentist was under reconstruction at the time and was unable to help me with a very serious dental emergency. My favorite dentist yet. Would highly recommend him! I have straight teeth but I needed some fillings on my front two teeth due to enamel wear from braces and cavities.
